The catering at a wedding differs from ordinary functions, as the functions start earlier, last longer and must also accommodate delays such as the photo sessions and speeches. Many years of experience has helped us to design menus especially suited for the occasion. We have an extensive selection of lovely choices and it will give me great pleasure to assist you in creating a menu especially for you.
If you are uncertain as to how to proceed with your menus, it may be a good idea to choose one of the Chef’s Choice menus. These menus represent excellent value for money. . As far as is possible, the menu needs to reflect the theme of your function, and we would be delighted to assist you in this regard. The choice of menu relates not only to your budget, the dishes chosen for each course, but also the manner in which the meal is presented and served. Should you choose your own menu, the minimum option is a 3-course meal with dessert, although a 4-course menu is more suitable.
The Chefs Choice menus are all seasonal menus designed especially for weddings. The Premier Chefs Choice Menu is designed for the discerning client who prefers a menu with choices for the guests on the evening. These include a complimentary starter to allow your guests to unwind and get to know each other during the all important photo shoot. We then serve a plated entrée after the grand entry of the bridal couple.
