Oakfield Farm is known for innovative ideas and a large selection of décor options to personalise your function making your day really special. The costs are extremely reasonable ranging between 30 and 50% less than the normal prices quoted elsewhere.

A complimentary gift of R10.00 per guest is included in your basket just to get you started.

Below is a description of just a few of the popular items available as well as a full list of all the items and the price applicable


The Horse and Carriage

Drawn by Sugar and Ramble our two Welsh mountain ponies the carriage will collect you from the dressing room and "get you to the Church on time". In the case of rain the carriage is covered and is indispensable for taking the newly weds to the various photographic shoots.

The Peace Doves

Adding something a little different is always a great idea at a wedding. The release of the peace doves is a fun moment, remembered by all.

Draping

There is no limit to what can be done with draping. The wedding package includes basic draping in the venues, the Chapel and Conservatory - it softens the edges and adds a touch of romance.

Table Linen

Tablecloths are available in cream, white, maroon, black, purple and gold Runners are available in maroon, gold, olive green, silver, gun metal grey and bronze. Please see all the available colours on the list below. (Please note that standard linen is inclusive in the menu price.)

Winter Fireballs

In addition to the huge fireplaces in the venues during the Winter months, the package includes a Winter fireball at cocktails to provide a special Winter ambience.

Décor

The wedding basket has available many of the décor items that can become expensive to hire before you even start. These items include silver base plates, wrought-iron candelabra, and voile tie backs which compliment our standard table setting and provides a touch of elegance. In addition we have kept our other décor options as reasonable as possible.
